Do you ship international?
Yes! We offer WORLDWIDE shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes about 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that during holidays processing time may be extended.
Average shipping time to US/Canada 5-10 business days, delays are possible during the holiday season. Tracking is available.
Some other countries can take longer to get packages through customs.
Please be aware that we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery. 
Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship with international registered mail with tracking information available.

What is your Exchange & Return Policy?

Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns for items that did not require personalization. You can return undamaged, unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Please note - if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, about refund and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We will gladly exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Return & Exchange Exceptions:
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
These include: 
- Customized Items (engraved / printed with your text)
- Items sold with sale discount
